Venue/Hotel search for availability (Complimentary Service)
Our Event Managers will host a hard target search for conference space and guestroom availability at the hotels and venues in your preferred destination. We will compile all options in an easy to read format. This form will list each hotel available and their group rates, f&b minimum, rental fees, resort fees, photos, web link, and an overview of the property. We will also supply local area information and conference kits of hotels. If you are interested in visiting the hotels prior to making a decision, our staff will assist in creating a site visit itinerary. You will be able to view the meeting space, experience the food quality onsite, and view the hotel rooms, so that you may choose the hotel that will best fit your meeting requirements. This service is complimentary to your company.
