Our staff background includes extensive experience in the hotel industry as well as meeting planning. From Technical Conferences and Incentive programs, to Exhibit shows and themed events, our staff will help you navigate the waters of meeting planning. Our specialized services include:

Venue/Hotel search for availability (Complimentary Service)

Our Event Managers will host a hard target search for conference space and guestroom availability at the hotels and venues in your preferred destination. We will compile all options in an easy to read format. This form will list each hotel available and their group rates, f&b minimum, rental fees, resort fees, photos, web link, and an overview of the property. We will also supply local area information and conference kits of hotels. If you are interested in visiting the hotels prior to making a decision, our staff will assist in creating a site visit itinerary. You will be able to view the meeting space, experience the food quality onsite, and view the hotel rooms, so that you may choose the hotel that will best fit your meeting requirements. This service is complimentary to your company.

Contracting Services

This service is included complimentary with the above search option. Our staff’s extensive background in the hotel industry has assisted our company in creating specific clauses to add into hotel contracts to protect you/your company. Our staff will work hand in hand with your organization to negotiate rates, minimums, and concessions that will best serve your company’s needs for the meeting. We are proud to say we have saved our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years with our negotiation skills.
