Hotel/Venue Availability Search (Complimentary when contracting 10 rooms or more per night): Our Event Managers will host a search for conference space and guestroom availability at the hotels in your preferred destination. We will compile all options in an easy-to-read format. This form will list each hotel available and their group rates, f&b minimum, rental fees, resort fees, photos, web link, and an overview of the property. We will also supply local area information and conference kits of hotels. Our staff will also assist in creating a site visit itinerary of your final properties of interest so that you may review space, f&b quality, and hotel room layout so that you may choose the best hotel for your event. This service is complimentary to your company.
Hotel/Venue Contracting Services: This service is included complimentary with the above search option. Our staff’s extensive background in the hotel industry has assisted our company in creating specific clauses to add into hotel contracts to protect you/your company. Our staff will work hand in hand with your organization to negotiate rates, minimums, and concessions that will best serve your company’s needs for the meeting. Meeting Management: Our Event Directors will partner with your team to create your vision for the meeting and manage all the conference logistics. These services include:
